My husband
will be gone seven years this December. It’s still hard to
live with the fact that it didn’t have to happen. You see
my Donald died because a doctor misread critical heart
tests and Donald never got the treatment that could have
saved his life.
Donald and I were never the kind of people to run to
lawyers when we had a problem. That’s why I waited before
I contacted Brown and Crouppen about a possible medical
malpractice case. None of the doctors ever came forward
and discussed why the tests were misread, as a matter of
fact no one would even admit it had happened. I learned
that when doctors and hospitals mess up they cover up, at
least that’s what happened when I tried to get answers to
my questions.
I had seen the Brown and Crouppen ads on TV and thought it
couldn’t hurt to call. I got to talk to a lawyer who knew
all about medical malpractice. That lawyer really listened
to me, and then he went after that doctor. As a result of
Brown and Crouppen’s hard work my family and I got justice
for Donald and the doctor who cost Donald his life was
exposed for what he had done. You know it just wouldn’t
have been right to let them just sweep it under the rug.
